RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Zero to 60 Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery estimates
Australian estimated delivery time
East Coast Of Australia – 3-5 Business days
West Cost Of Australia – 5-10 Business Days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Zero to 60 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Zero to 60 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Refund/Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase before 30 days from purchase date, Zero to 60 will reimburse the full amount paid when purchased once the item is returned. After our 30 days from the date of purchase exchanges cannot be made for products that have been opened or used. If you are exchanging a product due to our error, such as an incorrect product being sent, we will cover the return shipping cost. To arrange this, please contact customer service with your date of product delivery, order number, and product. If you would like to exchange an unused product for a different item, please contact our customer service for authorisation and return the original product for a full refund (minus shipping cost) once approval is granted. We do not cover shipping costs for voluntary exchanges. You do not need to wait for approval before placing any new orders. Please note returns and exchanges may require up to 10 working days to process.
Cancellations
You may email our customer care team within 5 hours of placing your order during business hours to request a cancellation. Once we have begun to prepare an order, it is not possible to cancel. Refunds for cancellations are applied once we provide confirmation.
International Shipping
International shipping available on a per order basis, please note international shipping on large items is very expensive, but please contact us with details on items interested and your location to get a quote.
